I believe that "all time is happening now." This does not mean that it is an illusion - far from it. It means that, from the perspective of a spirit, you can step in and out of time. Spirits do not exist in Time or Space, and therefore, can step out of time and jump back in at any place - past, present, or future.

Time is a construct of physicality. It is an integral part of the fabric of our reality. It is fractal and therefore flows in a cyclic manner, thus, time repeats itself. Time is experienced differently within the different Densities. If a person jumped from our current 3rd Density into 4th Density and then back again, they would discover that 2 hours experienced in 4th might be only 20 minutes here in 3rd. As the earth moves closer and closer to 2012 and the 4th Density, people are noticing that time is moving faster and faster. (In addition, many "Time Lines" are merging, but that is another discussion.)

Most "metaphysical" people subscribe to the idea that time is an illusion. I do not. They also believe that physicality is an illusion. I do not. Because of my experiences as both a physical person and as a spiritual being, I would say that "Time and Space" are a small aspect of the entire realm of existence - maybe 5%, or even 1%. This does not mean it is an illusion. Six billion human beings on this planet who are experiencing the flow of time through a physical world are not all deluded.

Kern Valley High School employees, past and present, classified and certificated, contacted the Sun, saying, “We want the community to know what is really going on at the high school.”

Fearing retaliation from their principal, Dr. Jeanie Brachear, employees requested their identity not be revealed. Owing to severity of the situation, the Sun honored the request.

“Our efforts to assist students and staff have been thwarted at every turn. As Dr. Brachear continues to resist even minimal help from inside and outside the school, we are beyond frustrated. We’re desperate; our students are desperate,” said one employee. “There is no safety net for the students.”

“From the beginning, she (Brachear) has worked to keep the staff isolated within the school. We don’t even have a staff list! People have a difficult time communicating with each other. I feel sorry for the new teachers – a staff list makes it easier for them to get answers or suggestions from their colleagues,” the employee said.

“The day after Caitlyn’s death, a staff member distributed a flier containing the warning signs of suicide and got her butt chewed big time,” reported another employee. “This is the kind of information we need. Students and their families need this information, too. We haven’t had any kind of training to deal with the suicides of our students.”

“Dr. Brachear ordered Caitlyn’s memorial (in front of the school) be removed because, ‘it was making people too sad.’ She told outside counselors, who’d spent two days counselling students and staff, ‘We don’t need you anymore,’” said another employee. “By Monday morning, it was business as usual.”

Dr. Brachear’s response to Steven Whisler’s death was totally mishandled. “A request to use the school’s Fine Arts building for Whisler’s memorial was denied because he wasn’t a student, though he was scheduled to return in January. Fortunately South Fork School Superintendent Sherry Nichols made her district’s facilities available,” reported another teacher.

“The community is finally witnessing what the Kern Valley High School staff has had to contend with for years. It is Dr. Brachear's arrogant, elitist attitude that is hard to deal with when trying to discuss just about anything with her. She is known as the ‘Her way or hit the highway’ principal,” posted a former employee. “People have learned by experience that she is very vindictive. So you either shut up or get out. Check out the turnover numbers. Retire Now! The environment is toxic at the high school. She needs to go away."

Another former employee posted the following statement on the Sun blog. “Not only is Brachear insensitive to the students’ needs, but she also totally ignores suggestions from the staff. In fact, it appears that she does everything she can to thwart teacher/staff efforts to help students.

“If one of them gets too popular, they become a threat to Brachear who does everything she can to make that person's school life miserable. Former employees have tried to inform the (Kern High School) District, but their concerns have been ignored. There is no excuse for continuing to have this person at KVHS. She should have been fired seven years ago.”

Former employee, affectionately known to students as “Lunch Man Larry” Skeen, commented, “Well Dr Brachear, I have been retired for two years and I had hoped you would have retired by now, thus I would not have to write this comment...I cannot remain silent any longer. My question is that district is aware we have a serious adminstration problem with Dr. Brachear. They have seen the complaints and constant turnover in department heads and staff. Why don't they conduct exit interviews with both retiring and transfering staff members? It appears there is a ‘Good old Boy’ system between Dr. Brachear and District "

COMPLEX ERUPTION ON THE SUN: This morning around 0855 UT, Earth orbiting satellites detected a C3-class solar flare. The origin of the blast was sunspot 1092. At about the same time, an enormous magnetic filament stretching across the sun's northern hemisphere erupted. NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory recorded the action.

The timing of these events suggest they are connected, and a review of SDO movies strengthens that conclusion. Despite the ~400,000 km distance between them, the sunspot and filament seem to erupt together; they are probably connected by long-range magnetic fields. A shadowy shock wave (a "solar tsunami") can be seen emerging from the flare site and rippling across the northern hemisphere into the filament's eruption zone. That may have helped propel the filament into space.

In short, we have just witnessed a complex global eruption involving almost the entire Earth-facing side of the sun.

A coronal mass ejection (CME) produced by the event is heading directly for Earth. High-latitude sky watchers should be alert for auroras when it arrives on or about August 3rd.

A geomagnetic storm began at 05:55 AM EST Monday, April 5, 2010. Space
weather storm levels reached Strong (G3) levels on the Geomagnetic
Storms Space Weather Scale. The source of the storming is an
Earth-directed Coronal Mass Ejection associated with a weak solar flare

Meteorite Falls Into Lake Isabella

Last night, at 9:38 pm on January 10 2010, I saw a blazing turquoise-blue fireball fall into Lake Isabella here in the Southern Sierra Nevada of central California. I was sitting at my desk in front of a large picture window, when I noticed a brilliant sparkling ball of greenish blue light fall from the sky.

The ball of light was blazing so brightly that I witnessed it glowing through my thin, powder blue curtains. While chatting on the phone with a friend, the brilliant light caught my attention as it fell to the earth. By the time I turned off the desk lamp and pulled back the curtain, it was gone.

I waited until the light of morning to clarify the trajectory. The photo which I have included here shows you the view from my desk along with the edge of the curtain. You can see how the light easily shines through it. The two curtains meet in the middle in front of me. The ball of light fell slightly to the left side of the opening. When I pulled the left curtain aside this morning, I could see exactly where the meteorite had fallen - into the lake. This side of the lake is very shallow with dead tree limbs sticking up out of the mud.

I checked the local news and saw no reports of any balls of light over the Kern River Valley. I checked an astronomy calendar and saw no current meteor showers. The last one was January 3-4, and it's called the Quadrantids. They are bright blue and emanate from the constellation Bootes. I doubt that it was a very late errant Quadrantid meteor.

Bluish/green meteors normally contain magnesium. The faster they are, the bluer they tend to be. Meteorites or shooting stars are usually very small grains of sand or stones that burn up and vaporize in the atmosphere. An estimated 500 meteorites hit the earth each year. Of these, only about 5 or 6 are actually recovered. If an attempt were made to recover last night's meteorite, one would have to dredge through layers of mud under the lake's waters.

The size of the fireball remained consistent during the 5-6 seconds that I saw it fall from the sky. It did not explode and I did not hear it make any noise. It is very rare to witness a meteorite fall to the earth. If it weren't in a lake, I would be out there looking for it. This was a once in a lifetime event, and I feel privileged to start out my new year with such a cool sighting.

Mystery as spiral blue light display hovers above Norway

A mysterious light display appearing over Norway last night has left thousands of residents in the north of the country baffled.

Witnesses from Trøndelag to Finnmark compared the amazing sight to anything from a Russian rocket to a meteor or a shock wave - although no one appears to have mentioned UFOs yet.

The phenomenon began when what appeared to be a blue light seemed to soar up from behind a mountain. It stopped mid-air, then began to circulate.

Within seconds a giant spiral had covered the entire sky. Then a green-blue beam of light shot out from its centre - lasting for ten to twelve minutes before disappearing completely.

The Norwegian Meteorological Institute was flooded with telephone calls after the light storm - which astronomers have said did not appear to have been connected to the aurora, or Northern Lights, so common in that area of the world.

The mystery deepened tonight as Russia denied it had been conducting missile tests in the area.

Fred Hansen, from Bø in Vesterålen, described the sight as 'like a big fireball that went around, with a great light around it again.'

'It spun and exploded in the sky,' Totto Eriksen from Tromsø told VG Nett.

He spotted the lights as he walked his daughter Amalie to school.

He said: 'We saw it from the Inner Harbor in Tromsø. It was absolutely fantastic.

'It almost looked like a rocket that spun around and around and then went diagonally down the heavens.

'It looked like the moon was coming over the mountain, but then came something completely different.'

'It was like a giant spiral - a shooting star that spun around and around. I initially thought it was a projector', added Axel Rose Berg, from Alta.

Celebrity astronomer Knut Jørgen Røed Ødegaard told VG Nett he had never seen anything like the lights.

He said: 'My first thought was that it was a fireball meteor, but it has lasted far too long.

'It may have been a missile in Russia, but I can not guarantee that it is the answer.'

Air Traffic control in Tromsø claimed the light show lasted for two minutes, but admitted that was 'far too long to be an astronomical phenomena.'

Tromsø Geophysical Observatory researcher Truls Lynne Hansen was certain the light had been caused by a missile launch.

He told Norwegian media that the missile had likely lost control and exploded. The spiral, he claimed, was the result of light reflecting on the leaking fuel. He was quoted as saying the light was sunlight, despite the strange lights showing up at night.

The Barents Observer quoted Norwegian Defence spokesman Jon Espen Lien as saying that the Norwegian military does not know what the lights were - but that they were probably from a Russian missile.

He said it was normal for Russia to use the White Sea and the Barents Sea as a testing ground for missiles.

However a Moscow news outlet tonight quoted the Russian Navy as denying any rocket launches from the White Sea area.

Norway should be informed of such launches under international agreements, it was stressed.

The Russian Defence Ministry was unavailable for comment last night.

BAS Official: Aliens are among us

Aliens live on Earth and are in constant communication and interaction with us, Bulgarian scientists told Novinar, quoted by Dnes on November 23 2009.

It was even claimed that some alien species were present during a media statement in which they had answered more than 30 questions put forward by Bulgarian Academy of Science (BAS) personnel.

Luchezar Filipov, deputy head of the Space Exploration department within the BAS, told reporters that "they (the aliens) are here right now, among us". He said that, although there is little awareness of their presence, they are conducting surveillance and research on Earth.

The scientist said that they are not hostile in any way; on the contrary, they are friendly and willing to help us. Unfortunately, due to our lack of evolution and development, we are unable to conduct any coherent form of conversation with this superior life form. "They want to help us, but the problem is that we don't know what to ask of them once a contact is established," Filipov told Dnes daily.

Filipov reckons that it will be impossible to try and track extraterrestrial life with our current radar equipment, or through the usage of radio telescopes. Apparently, the aliens were "categorical" that any future means of contact between us and them would be conducted through mental power and telepathy.

"The aliens are very critical of our immoral behaviour and our destruction of the environment. They say that global warming is attributed mainly to infrastructural engineering. Additionally, they are very skeptical of our use of cosmetics, and artificial insemination because this is 'unnatural,'" Filipov said.

According to Filipov, his team of scientists are currently analysing the answers to their questions from the interactions with the visitors. The scientists aim to have a coherent "strategic plan" pertaining to questions which they will put forward to the extraterrestrials in their next meeting, which is said to be in the spring of 2010, Dnes reported.
